Leadership Team is the set of core 20-30 members of Grey Matters that run the show. From funding to social media to production to content creation, these positions require the most commitment. The vast majority of leadership members have dedicated duties outside of leadership, and this is encouraged.
One individual may hold any number of positions on leadership team, so long as they are capable of completing the duties involved. Applicants are therefore encouraged to apply to as many positions as they are interested in holding. Preferences regarding the number and type of positions can be communicated in cover letter(s) or interview(s). Once a leadership team member is granted a position, they will not be removed from it unless they fail to perform the required duties or wish to step down.
