Both systems are constantly being triggered by different things in life and they respond to the triggers by effecting your body to be prepared for any possible threat. Although we don’t face danger in everyday life, we do feel the stress and these bodily changes caused by it. Learning and being prepared for the “symptoms” of stress is the first step of controlling it.
